WHAT IS GADO?
SUMMARY EXPLANATION OF PROJECT
The project is carried out by a Team of Senior Marine Experts and Senior PMS Data Analysts who amongst themselves not only have Marine domain knowledge but also have years of expertise in delivering effective PMS solutions.

A. DATA COLLECTION (DC)
Optional service carried out onboard the vessel by Senior Data Collection Engineer to collect details of machineries installed onboard and to review the User Experience of the current PMS Data.

B. GAP ANALYSIS (GA)
Carried out at our office by Senior Marine Resources which involves AS-IS study of the existing PMS Data and its comparison with customer supplied source data including OEM documentations, class requirements, Company specific SMS requirements, service letters and any other source as per customer requirement. A comprehensive Gap Analysis Report is prepared at the end of this stage and submitted for customer approval. This report also contains recommendations as per best marine practices formulated through or decades of experience in this field.

C. DATA OPTIMIZATION (DO)
Involves rectification of existing PMS data as per results of the GA report utilizing Farohar’s expertise in Marine ERP Systems & PMS Data Population to optimize Data Accuracy and increased utilization of PMS Systems to maximize client ROI. Add on Data Population is also carried out at this stage for any missing data from the source or from Farohar’s expertise (if approved by Customer).

D. POST DELIVERY FOLLOW UP

E. DELIVERABLES
Data Collection (Optional Service)
I. Data Collection report with segregated nameplate photographs.
II. Equipment List with actual maker details extracted from collected data.

III. Detailed Gap Analysis Report with Summary of Findings, Recommendations and Rectification Plan.
Data Optimization
IV. Optimized PMS data either in form of PMS Load Sheets or populated directly in PMS UI from front end as per Customer.
V. Optimized Data will include Equipment/Component, Jobs, Spare Parts, Counter, Maker/Vendor details and any other sheet populated as per PMS System and Customer Requirement.
F. CAPACITY AND TIMEFRAMES
