Capt. Michael de Menezes comes with an illustrious maritime career spanning over 25 years of sailing experience (with 12 as Captain) and over 23 years ashore with leading international shipping organizations in top management and strategic leadership roles. He partners Farohar Enterprizes’ Global Business Development initiatives, especially for HR & Crewing, Decarbonization & Sustainability and expansion of our customer base globally.

Capt de Menezes is a renowned expert in marine crewing and HR having designed and managed several successful management, modernization and optimization projects for governments, shipping companies and offshore institutions. In addition, he is also a leading maritime expert in asset sustainability, decarbonization and life-cycle extension initiatives.

Holding a Master’s degree in Nautical Science and Post Graduate Business Administration qualifications, he also is a certified Lead Auditor for ISM and ISPS amongst many other professional and academic achievements.
