Leonard Melvin Fernando is a scientist, inventor, technologist and business leader with nearly four decades of experience across Asia-Pacific. As CEO of Watercloud International (Singapore), he leads the development of next-generation AI-native enterprise ecosystems, integrating artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, advanced computation, enterprise data architecture and digital infrastructure.

He is the inventor of PATMOS678™ OS, an AI-native enterprise operating ecosystem and platform designed to integrate intelligence, data, workflows and automation across complex enterprise environments. He is also the creator of PATMOS678 Math Pro™, an emerging computational framework exploring new approaches to advanced mathematics, computational physics, modelling and AI-assisted scientific problem-solving. His work extends across AI, enterprise technology, sustainable data centres, healthcare, hospitality, engineering and enterprise operations. Leonard is also a Co-Founder of WAFENITY™ with Farohar Energy Services Pte. Ltd., bringing together AI, technology and digital infrastructure capabilities.
